The hotel has a nice location near the best section of the beach.
I found the air conditioning to be quite loud. Securing a sun lounger required waking up early. People put towels on them and disappeared. The hotel did not enforce its policy against saving sunbeds with towels.

i appreciated the friendly welcome from the staff upon arrival. mr chai made my check-in process very smooth (it was very efficient). the room was great and the food was excellent. the beach was also beautiful. plus, there were many bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk from the hotel.
the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. also, it was difficult to get a sun lounger unless i woke up very early. i noticed people left their towels on loungers from the previous day and then disappeared. the hotel should address this issue.

The location was very nice. It offered a blend of lively surroundings from nearby bars and pubs, yet the resort itself remained quiet. the beach had crystal clear, blue water. the breakfast buffet presented great service from the omelette chef. It was so considerate.
The gym had limited equipment. It featured only a few treadmills and weightswith occasional waits during peak hours.

The beautiful double room included two separate sinks. It also featured a rainfall shower, so clean. housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout the stay.

The resort is near many restaurants. It is only a short walk to shops and bars. the hotel is situated on the less busy side of chaweng beach, away from the noise.

The staff helped me with directions. They addressed requests promptly. the reception staff was cute, and the service throughout the stay felt so personal.

not quite the paradise i expected
moldy roominconvenient towel
The room reeked of mold. It was really unpleasant. also, getting a beach towel was like a huge inconvenience. it seemed like the staff was always busy doing something else, like washing dishes with their bare hands, before reluctantly handing me a towel. this happened every time i asked, and it. i definitely wouldn't stay here again, unfortunately.
